This illustrated print by Brainstorm has all the best highlights the Long Trail has to offer. The Long Trail is the oldest long-distance hiking trail in the US. Established in 1910 by the Green Mountain Club it stretches 272 miles and runs the length of Vermont. Hikers doing the whole trail will pass through six of the eight wilderness areas, cross the Monroe Skyline, summit Mt Mansfield the highest point in Vermont, and spend many nights in one of the 70 established overnight sites on the trail.
