Refund policy
If you want to return or exchange something, please send us an email hello@wearebrainstorm.com. We're a super small business working with a family owned warehouse to ship things so we're not currently offering return slips and whatnot. We'll upgrade as time goes on. But in the meantime, just email us. We're two people constantly checking email. We do our best to solve things as quickly as we can!
PRINTS
You can return a poster up to two weeks from the date that you receive it. You will receive a full 100% refund if the poster is returned in the same condition it was delivered.

If your tube and poster was damaged in the shipping process, please email us some photos and let us know what happened. In most cases a replacement is sent if your order was damaged in transit. If the poster has a printing error, please be understanding that these are handmade and all posters will vary slightly. In the unlikely event that we missed a major error, we may ask to send your poster back to be issued a replacement. If there's a problem, we welcome emails and hope to resolve it quickly.

You can return puzzles, trays, and hats in unused condition and in original packaging up to two weeks from delivery. We'll give you a 100% refund if all is returned properly to our warehouse.
